Why can't I answer a phone call from a sprint caller?
AMURANTE, it's surprising that you're not able to answer these calls. Let's get this fixed. When did this start? What zip code are you at? Is this happening with all callers from that carrier or just one person?

It started about two months ago. I have a 312 area code and live in a 402 area code. It was fine for two years and just started not being able to answer. I can answer but not hear caller. I hang up and call back and they can answer. Text are fine. Not sure what happened?? Please help

Does this happen with different caller that have that carrier, or is it only happening with a specific number? What phone do you have? Have you recently switched devices?

It happens with all callers who have sprint service. I have an iPhone 6S
