Why is my 4G LTE data speed

My 4g data speed is unacceptable. When I pay more than $400 a month for more than 13 years all of a sudden my data speed is virtually unusable.

Any ideas why this would be?

I am on the unlimited plan, but I am only 9 days into my cycle. I have not used anywhere near unlimited limits.

Have you used 10 GB of LTE high speed hotspot data on the device where you are seeing these speeds?

No, these are speeds from my phone without any hotspot data usage. When I go to other places the speed is good. The speed used to be very good here at home. but the last few weeks have been horrible.

I rely on my phone to keep me connected at all times and definitely want you to have the best data signal as well, cdeck101. We'd like to take a closer look into the area to see what's going on.
