surfer77, we understand the importance of making sure you are receiving all of your emails. Allow us to further investigate the details of your concern. Can you please let us know if you were ever able to receive emails to your device? If so, when did this concern start? Also, may we have the make/model of your device? Please share what type of email you are utilizing (Gmail, yahoo, outlook, etc..)? Please also let us know what type of email app you are using on your device (preloaded app, 3rd party download)?
