This started approximately 7pm. No service Not able to call even using wifi. I've also tried to call some landlines as well.
We care very much about your service not working, KBF5B1. We did experience some network issues in Florida last week but are you still experiencing the issues? If so, what's your zip code? Are other Verizon customer's near you experiencing the issues as well?
