ASUS Z10 Pad Power

I just got a new ASUS Z10. I like it but I notice that if I use it, even while the charger is plugged in and it says it is charging, the % of charge keeps going down. I am guessing it is going down slower than if I were not charging the device but it is still going down. This means even while plugged in, I have limited usage time.

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions?

Just to ensure we are understanding properly, are you stating that when you use the device while plugged in to the charger, you notice the tablet charges slow?

Not only slowly, but the charge percentage decreases though it is charging.

(When turned off, it charges up to 100%). Perhaps also when display off too.
