Over the last 6 months noticed that I cannot call from smartphone due to not having a mobile connection....even in a city. It is becoming more and more frequent and irritating. Please assist.
What happens when you try to call out? Can you receive calls? Could the SIM card be the culprit?
Is it no cellular connection at all or no data connection?

This is not experience we want you to have with us. Six months is way too long to have these issues with your mobile connection.
