I was promised that I would receive a 200.00 prepaid card when porting in a number and bringing my own phone, but that never happened. It has been over 8 hours on the phone and talked to several different reps and supervisors. I have been told that they will fix it by a supervisor and that I would get a call back, but nothing has happened and when you call verizon they tell you that you are lying about the promotion . I told them to pull the phone calls and then they listened to them and saw where I was offered it but they still refuse to honor it. Im still trying to get this issue resolved but no solution yet. And when you ask for a supervisor, some how they are always in a meeting, how many meetings do they have? Good luck to you if you are switching to verizon, I would just stay with whatever carrier you currently have. I had verizon for some time now and have had no problems but with this issue, I am looking for a new carrier.
