I have been with Verizon since 9/30/17 and I am sad to say that I wish I would have never joined .
What are you looking for from the loyalty department? Is your bill too high? Are you willing to cut back on your data usage in order to lower your bill? You don't provide much information. You can always switch to another provider. Keep in mind any devices you purchased on a payment plan when signing up would become due in full upon leaving Verizon.
I joined Verizon in October 2015 and I feel the same way. I wish I had never joined Verizon.
Why not move to another provider if you are unhappy with Verizon?
What is the exact source of your discontent?
If you are experiencing slow speeds with data and are on GoUnlimited, try switching to BeyondUnlimited, or a Limited plan.
If it's reception issue in your home which is making calling and receiving calls problematic, try enabling WiFi calling if you have a WiFi router. Otherwise you might try to find a way to force your phone to 3G mode when at home.

Too many dropped calls on my Verizon smartphone and constant involuntary resetting of itself by my Verizon mifi when using it. Always a frustrating experience!

Constantly resetting itself? I'm not sure what you mean exactly by that and reference to MiFi. Is this a VZW device providing you with Internet/WiFi when it connects to Verizon's cellular network? If so, what is the model number of the device?
What model iPhone are you using?
