Hi am I looking at getting the Blackview BV8000 Pro.  It works on the Network:WCDMA,GSM,FDD-LTE,TDD-LTE,2G Bands: GSM 850/900/1800/1900MHz,3G Bands: WCDMA 850/900/1700/1900/2100MHz,4G Bands: FDD:B1/B2/B3/B4/B5/B7/B17/B19/B20,TDD:B38/B39/B40/B41.

Is this compatable with the Verizion Network

No. It is not compatible  There's no LTE band 13. There's no CDMA frequencies. WCDMA is a GSM technology and is not the same thing as CDMA.
