I am in my house and this problem just started today. I've tried multiple numbers and get the same message with each one.
I also cannot receive calls. They go straight to VM
Have you tried to enable WiFi Calling?
Getting your service working right is a must. What is your zip code? Anyone else having this issue? Are other services impacted such as data or text?

I turned the phone off and then back on again and the problem went away!
