I've been trying to reach my boyfriend who's phone is broken for the last couple of weeks. Every time I text it doesn't go through, and every time I call I get the verizon call restrictions announcement 19 message. Now I've read that this usually means that the number is either blocked or the person has time restrictions on their data. I don't think I've been blocked because I've called on different numbers that he wouldn't know to block, and idk if it is a time restriction on the data, because this is an issue no matter what time of day i tried to call. Is this normal?
