Has anyone had one that worked?

I am about to take or send my second one back because it doesn't work. I have not had much help from Verizon. It is like they don't want to stand behind it. Two trips to another city so they can try a different SIM card. How many SIM card do I need to put in it before they know it will not read the SIM cards!
