How would one figure out when a new cell tower is being installed in their area?

I recently learned of a new Verizon cell tower that was planned to be installed near my location. However, it has been a couple months since I heard of this news, and I am not sure how to figure out a set (or approximate) date for when the tower is going to be fully installed. Thank you!

sbauman, having the best in service is a must. Help is here. Information of new installation for cellular towers is proprietary information that we don't have access to and don't have the ability to share. Are you having issues with your signal? What's happening with your service?
