Full LTE but terrible connectivity

I have a full LTE signal, using the app Coverage Map my download over 13 cycles is 1.0mbps and my upload over 13 cycles is 0mbps. I am using an iphone 7 plus with the most up to date iOS and am located in zip code 20746. I have already had my sim card replaced. I have had apple check the phone and there is nothing wrong with it.

Why is the connection so terrible, yet the LTE signal is full?

This is not a one day occurrence, its constantly this terrible. I have found that the connectivity speed around the Washington DC/Northern Virginia area to be horrible. I am at the point that after 10 years I have to look for a different wireless carrier.

FBUTTS5575, there's no need to look elsewhere. This 10 year relationship is important to us. At this time, there are no issues reported in the zip code area of 20746. How's service when you leave this area? We'd like to take a closer look at your device. Is Wi-Fi enabled on when you have this slow data issue?

Connection is sporadic throughout northern Virginia. Downtown DC Connection is terrible. Mt Vernon area connection is terrible. I have WiFi enabled all the time.

I can definitely understand how WiFi can come in handy while experiencing these speeds, FBUTTS5575. When did you start experiencing this issue with slow data? Do you recall any changes to your device or account just before this started? Are any other Verizon users in the area experiencing a similar issue?
