No Service

My phone keeps showing "No Service" and dropping calls. My zip code is 85225. I have an iphone 7. I haven't had this problem in the past. It is getting pretty frustrating. I was told that I could possibly be assisted if I left that info here. Thank you.

We want you to have reliable service, DANJOH69. I've checked the zip code and see no reported outages. Let's get this fixed right away. When did this issue start? Are other VZW users having this issue? Also, was there any changes to the device such as a software update or new applications?

it started yesterday and is happening today. I haven't made any updates to my phone, no new apps

DANJOH69, we want to bring this problem up from the past. Have you powered your device off/on since this issue started? Is Roaming enabled on in Settings>Cellular>Cellular Data Options>Roaming>Voice Romaing Switch ON.
