I just spent almost 2 weeks and 2 hours yesterday and 2 hours today troubleshooting issues on my phone that were created by the oreo update.
I was speaking with a great rep when her extremely rude supervisor who would not give me her name jumped in and took over the call.
If that supervisor was my employee she would not have a job right now. The extreme rudeness was unbelievable!!!
By far the most terrible customer experience I have ever had!
Looking to cancel all 4 of my lines if I don't hear from a vzw rep soon.
