I am switching carriers, can I get my money back that is in my Verizon prepay account when I cancel?
No.
Seeing you switch is the last thing that we would want to have happen, ron36535. Ann154 is correct in that the funds are unable to be refunded back to Prepaid accounts. What has you looking elsewhere? What can we do to change your mind?
