Why cannot i get a live customer service person on the phone? For the prepaid service.

Without fail I cannot get a live customer service person on the phone. If you hit zero it disconnects you.  This is why I cancelled my service.  What's messed up is that there is no listing of my account number anywhere.  You have to view the source code on the account website.  You guys purposely do not show any account number so I cannot port my telephone number.  This company is garbage I hope competitors put you out of business.
