after seeing a $1,200 phone bill based on European Data and Voice, with no help by Verizon, I'm leaving for TMobile. Is anyone else out there in the process of doing this, and how difficult is it ?
Verizon "Customer Service" is pretty poor, and the default is to charge more at every turn. I just learned that I can leave with a balance on my account, which will give me much more leverage one I'm gone.
Anybody out there on the same path as me ??
