My iPhone 6s has a prepaid plan and says that I am roaming in an area that I shouldn't be roaming in.

I just want my phone to behave normally. This area is common for Verizon phones, most people here have Verizon plans but for some reason my phone is roaming. I also can't make out going calls without an automated message requesting to reenter the 10 digit number. please help.

We certainly want the phone to behave as it should, deskeesee. Let's make sure we understand what's happening, when, and where. When did this issue start? Does it happen in other areas? When you re-enter the number, does the call then go through?
