Poor cell service

I live in Nokesville Va, 20181 and my service is so poor I cant use my phone. When I look at the signal strength the best I have around my house is -110 db and it goes down to -120 db. I am also using my WiFi to help with the calling (advanced services) and it does not help with voice. All the calls are broken up and no one can understand us. I can hear them very clearly however they can not hear me. It is not just my phone it is all phones in our house Android and apple, various makes and models.

you can try network extender with high speed internet but its not free . if any other carrier has better reception then you know the next step .

RANNEW43, having service is exactly what you have your phone for. Let's get to the bottom of your experience. While we are not showing reported issues in the area, let's dig in. When did these issues begin? How far do you need from the home before you see improvement in the signal? When not using Wi-Fi calling are others able to hear you clearly?

The best service is -103 and that is outside in the front yard. I have been experiencing this for almost 8 months. I have tried WiFi assisted calling however it still has issues. Can someone come out and perform a site survey.
