Is there anyway to improve the service at [removed]?

I have talked to other Verizon customers and most turn their phones off or the battery dies because phone are constantly searching for service. Sometimes i can get 4G on the far west side of the campus. The east side is another story, even outside on the east side 3G 1x is the best I can get. Other people just tell me to switch to another carrier because Verizon will never work Because we are in a dead zone?

what solutions can you suggest?

We all depend on our cell service for everything these days TGOOD7901, and we want you to be able to depend on yours. I apologize for the issue you are having. We are not showing an issue reported in your area. How long has the service been this way? Is this happening outside as well as inside? Does the issue duplicate if you travel outside a 5-mile radius from your home address?
