Why is there such a steep decline of quality Verizon service in the Reno, Sparks, Lake Tahoe area? When are the towers ever going to be upgraded for this area. Verizon's coverage, call quality and the ability to maintain a call is absolutely the worst out of any carrier in this area. MY company has had Verizon for well over 10 years every 2-3 years service becomes garbage until enough people jump ship and go with another carrier. It's obvious that it is cheaper for Verizon to wait for the drop off of customers rather than spend the millions updating thier towers. This is one of, if not the fastest growing area in the country. There is soon to be a rasheem change at our company. At which time we will be taking our 100+ users to another company.
