Hello, I'm still trying to set up the network extender. The device consistently stops at 11a and then I get a failure message. This has happened multiple times.

I am sorry to hear that you are having difficulties setting up that extender. We truly understand the importance of having that device active so that your indoor service is improved. Ann154 brings up a great point, if the extender has not been registered to the account it may not complete the activation. Were you able to complete that yet? What was the outcome?
