I'm not able to make calls for some reason which started last night and if someone calls me the call will be dropped. I think this is a virus? Do I need to visit a Verizon store to remove it?
What troubleshooting steps have you tried? Reboot the phone? Reseat the SIM card? Try the SIM card in another phone?
