I signed up months ago for the Verizon Unlimited plan. Everything was going fine until yesterday. I was forced to update my Verizon App and that's when I found out that the company, on their own, "upgraded" me to a new unlimited plan. I called customer service and she explained that I used to have 1080p service and I now have 720p service. She said Verizon tested their service and they found out that cell phones don't need 1080p service. I'm sure Verizon tested the unlimited 1080p before they rolled it out to the public months ago. They changed my service, without letting me know and downgraded the clarity of the streaming that I watch on my phone. I don't call that an upgrade. I want my old unlimited plan back! How do I get it back?
