"Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office" when moving service

Question

I'm trying to move my Verizon FIOS service on the website and when I try to check out, I get the error message, "Please contact the Verizon Local Business Office."  I see this is a known issue and can't get through to Verizon today.  Is there a fix to this?

These are the Verizon Wireless forums, for mobile devices. You'll have better luck inquiring on the Verizon FiOS forums. At the top of the web page, where it says, "Wireless, Residential, Business," click "Residential," then "Support" to reach the FiOS forums.
