All circuits are busy

When I try to dial out I get all circuits are busy??!!This is absurd! I use my phone for work and have no other option!!! I can not call customer support, I’ve tried chatting and can not connect with anyone either. Verizon’s keeps this up and I’ll be switching my service for good! I pay Verizon way too much money each money for this [removed].

"All circuits busy" generally means a network switch, trying to route your call to the destination, is unable to because the trunks are filled with calls and no overflow routes are available or the trunks are down do to a switch outage, cable cut or something else. If the failures are to a specific area code/exchange then that should be able to be traced easily. If all of your calls are failing, then possibly the local wireless access tower is having circuit issues.
