Time Temperature widget wrong

On the Home screen is the Time Temperature circle widget.

The temperature is wrong.

How do I get it to show the correct temperature?

I tried to restarting and that did not work.

I thought clearing the Chrome and Google cache would fix it but it didn't.

Are you sure you have the LOCATION set to your CURRENT LOCATION? Maybe it is showing the temperature of some other location you've looked at. Touch the temperature to open it where the Location option can be changed.

There is no Location in the Settings of this app.

This is an app that comes with the Moto E4.

It looks like this.

We can't have you having the wrong temperature Jlphone. I am sure we will figure this out together. The phone does have this preinstalled but you can manage the (AccuWeather) app and it settings. First lets make sure that your location settings is turned on. You can do this by following these http://spr.ly/6586Db92q instructions. Once that is done then click on the temperature on the front of your widget and it will let you know what location you are in. How far off on degrees is the temperature? Keep me posted.

Location was enabled.

It is now missing city and temperature.

Time is correct.

When you press/touch the temperature, does it take you to an AccuWeather screen with Current Location at top with three bars? Touch the three bars to get options for locations to choose.

I do not know how or what I did but the temperature is back.

Any idea how often it is supposed to update.

Is there any way increase refresh rate?
