It says step 11 a of 14 set up failure what do I do ?
Geez, RashadM_VZW, have you not seen all the LTE Extender issues reported in the last several days? Don't you guys get OUTAGE/ISSUE updates?? Maybe you should or make more of an effort to recognize common reported issues.
Have you checked the other threads about this topic?
We want to be sure your network extender is working the way it should CYNSHU8. Let's see what we need to do to get this resolved. When did the issue begin? What are you attempting to do on the network extender when you get that error?
