how to re-block someone after unblocking them

I just a bit ago unblocked someone's phone number, and right after I did it decided it was a bad idea. Now the site will not let me re-block that number. Do they requite a delay to re-block? Anyone know how long, if so... and know what is going on?

I would give it 12-24 hours before you block someone again on your MyVerizon account online.

I used My Verizon.
