We have seen a significant decrease in coverage with our verizon phones the zip code is 81089

We have seen a significant decrease in coverage with our verizon phones in fact right now they are essentially useless. We have 1 bar sometimes 2 but never 3g or 4g there is no way to even carry on a conversation. Our neighbors are complaining of the very same issue the coverage in the area has gone down hill. I relize we are in a rural area but according to your coverage map we should have coverage. Probably need to get switched over to At&t the for the most part a lot better than verizon the zipcode is 81089

I would suggest entering your location in the website antennasearch.com and see what towers and antennas are near your location. The tower might be overloaded from more people or more devices connecting to it. Or it might be the fiber or radio infrastructure supporting it isn't sufficient anymore.

it shows an antennae less than 2 miles away but it is owned by tmobile and san isabel cellular. is that the problem that there is not a a verizon tower any where near

Looks like the san isabel cellular Antenna is part of verizon

It might be a partnership of sorts with Verizon Wireless being one of the companies that funded it and is continuing to handle the FCC registration paperwork.

When I used the city hall address in the site, I was pleasantly surprised to see as many towers and antennas there. Based on the names I saw, I think your town is covered by all four of major carriers and two regional carriers. AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Verizon Wireless and Viaero Wireless (Colorado Cellular).
