Is there a network issue in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area?
Having issues in Houston...
I am having network issues in Phoenix, AZ also, data speeds are really bad right now. The connection I am getting for 4G is 0.53 Mbps Download and 0.10 Mbps Upload which is completely not normal. This is the 2nd day in a row.

I am having terrible signal strength on both of the lines I have. One line
is a galaxy s7 and the other is a iphone7 plus. I just relocated to Texas
from Michigan. I was told by support to try having my sim cards replaced. I
did that yesterday. Still there is no change. I have very poor signal while
at work, that zip code is 75019. I also have very poor signal at the place
I am staying currently, that zip code is 76123.
I have been a customer of Verizon for very long time and I pay alot of
money a month for my service. I expect to have the best coverage possible
especially when the coverage map indicates I should have no problems.
Please let me know what is the next step.

We want you to have the best possible service at all times, RoyalKnight6190. Two days is too long to have this issue. Let's look closer at this and figure out what's going on. What's the zip code where you're located? Is anyone else having the same issue? Does this happen indoors and outdoors?

My zip code is 85034, it happens in doors and out doors. It happened on Friday also so that would be 3 days in a row. When trying to stream music from Google Play it lags and has to buffer often more then normally. When trying to watch Netflix it takes way to long to load. Even when loading emails it takes longer then normal. My wife at our house has experienced the same thing, 85140, so to me it seems like vzw has a issue in the Phx area.
