I have been experiencing poor coverage throughout a large portion of Bellevue, WA (ZIP 98004), specifically from the downtown core, along Bellevue Way, and into Mercer Island along I-90. This has been a daily occurrence since switching to Verizon several months ago. I see extremely slow data speeds to the point that my web browser reports that the request timed out / no internet connection. Looking at my phone, it often falls back to the Verizon 1x network during these times. This happened with my iPhone 6S and continues with my new iPhone X.
Anyone else seeing these issues?
Verizon customer support repeatedly shrugs this off. Does anyone know how to engage with the tech team at Verizon who might actually investigate the cause and possible resolution?
