I returned a phone back and it was received on Nov 3 by Verizon. I even got an email from them acknowledging it. Its still showing on my bill for the last 3 cycles. I've called and called. I've tried to use the Chat app and they disconnect me. I call and they say their putting in a ticket. Will I ever get this phone off my bill when you already have it in your warehouse for the last two months...............
