When trying to retrieve my voice mail from the app it wants me to setup visual voice mail which I do not want. I am having to dial *86 when ever I need to check my voice mail so what good is the app?
The app is for Visual Voice Mail. It is a free feature. If you prefer to do it the old fashioned way, you can open your phone app like you are making a call and press and hold the 1 or dial *86 and press the green button.
