It does depend on what plan you are on and if you will be adding any additional features. There is a one time Activation Fee of $30 and a Line Access Charge of $20, unless you are on the New Verizon Unlimited plan. depends on your plan so you're going to have to be more specific

OR on an older, grandfathered plan such as More Everything with a Line Access Charge of $40. It would be better if Verizon reps would give accurate information.
Verizon / New Verizon = $20
More Everything = $40 (there's a -$25 off discount that can be manually added making it $15)
Go Unlimited and Beyond Unlimited depend on how many lines you currently have.
