We have almost zero phone service at our home. Calls always drop. This has been occurring since last August. We have contacted Verizon via phone on numerous occasions with no help. Thus we are now considering discontinuing our 10+ year relationship with Verizon. We have 2 iPhone X, 1 iPhone 6 and 1 iPhone 6S. All of our neighbors with Verizon have these same issues. When can we expect improved service or should we all move along to another carrier?
