No phone service

We have almost zero phone service at our home.  Calls always drop.  This has been occurring since last August.  We have contacted Verizon via phone on numerous occasions with no help.  Thus we are now considering discontinuing our 10+ year relationship with Verizon.  We have 2 iPhone X, 1 iPhone 6 and 1 iPhone 6S.  All of our neighbors with Verizon have these same issues.  When can we expect improved service or should we all move along to another carrier?

We understand the importance of having service when you are home. Few things are more upsetting than dropping a call when you are in mid-conversation.  The last thing we want is for you to leave us after 10+ years, Nadomom42. 

Is the service better when you are not at the house? Are you using WiFi Calling with any of the devices at home?
