I just spent about 20 mins talking to a chat agent. His English was a little poor, and I think he cancelled my service but I haven't received the email confirmation and looking at my account I don't see any indication of closure.
The auto-pay credit card for this account has expired, and I no longer live in the U.S. However, I don't want unpaid overdue charges to negatively affect my credit rating.
Can someone look into this for me?
