I was able to contact the store and actually talked to the same person He told me he had been out and another manager was supposed to send the phone but he would not be in until the next day. It has been 3 weeks now and it never arrived, I haven't contacted him about it again until I checked our previous conversations again. I would really like to get the old phone back because our daughter has been in an automobile accident and I have pictures of her and my granddaughter in the phone that are not in my (full) cloud. Can someone help me to find out if he was able to locate the phone or is this a lost cause. Thanks so much you have been very helpful with this.
