Block no caller ID INCOMING

is there a way to block callers with no caller ID?  I tried Verizon Family Base, but that is for the kids phones, not mine.  It did give me an option to control ONLY her phone, but I saw no caller ID option anyway.  I would like to block those no-ID numbers on MY phone.
