Terrible phone service

At my office on [removed]  I have very poor phone service, one bar or less even standing outside, and less than a mile down the road service is fine. AT&T and Sprint customers have excellent phone service in the same area, I would like to have at least somewhat decent phone service, because this may force me to switch carriers and I don't really want to.

We definitely don't want you to consider a switch, as we want to provide you with reliable service, LIONCAL59. I reviewed the area and did not identify any immediate opportunities. How long have you had this issue at this location? When you have one bar, what happens when trying to use voice or data services?
