My Lucid 2 does not sync contact data to my Gmail when the screen says it does. No data appears in my Gmail account. Why?
I attempted to use cloud backup, but "not connected to the internet" error appears, but I am connected.
Have you verified your contact information is stored under your Gmail account? Is sync turned on?
within gmail settings you can also select what you want to sync.
