My husband and I were at the 1798 N Zaragosa Rd., El Paso, TX 79936, last night. The store had music playing and the Cubs baseball game on television. Priscilla, the Verizon Representative helping us, paid very little attention to us. She was TOO BUSY watching the Cubs game or dancing to the music then give her attention to her customers. I did complain to her, but she still continued to pay more attention to the game. It would have been nice to have a live conversation with her, and she could have communicated to us what she was doing to assist us. The manager also was watching the game, instead of making sure that his employees were giving their whole attention to their customers. We did purchase a new phone but Priscilla did not even bother to offer us a case for the phone. I am upset because I can't actually talk with the store manager today!
Your employees need to be trained properly and be able to explain your service to the customers in a better manner, and that the customer comes before watching a baseball game, ever though you know a person the the Cubs team.
Also, you need to have a better way of contacting Verizon about a complaint. This has not been very user friendly, especially for someone that is not very good on computers.
I am very seriously thinking about leaving Verizon the next time I have a problem!
While I am doing a complaint, I don't like the warranty program you offer to your customers. It just feels like Verizon does not truly care about their customers.
