Signal Strength Reduction

It has been a few months since I first noticed it, but over that time our signal in our city has gone down. I remember when I used to have 4/5 bars and LTE now I can barely get above 1 or 2. Anything of the issue with our tower? I would like to know.

I can understand your concern in wanting to find out why your signal has depleted Vpinzon. Having a lower signal is not a bad thing as long as you do not have any service concerns. What service issues are you having if any? How far do you have to go for it to get better? Does it happen indoors or outdoors?

Calls occasionally drop and I have to drive to 30474 before my service really picks up. I use wifi for most of my internet and I enabled wifi calling to keeps calls from dropping but I just wanted to get some info.

I totally understand where you are coming from. We take our network performance seriously and want to do everything we can to help improve your wireless experience. Do you notice that your calls are dropping in a particular location or does it appear to be random? Is this happening when you are indoors or when you are outdoors? Are you experiencing any issues with texting or using your data (when you're not connected to wifi)?

I also noticed the drop in signal strength in Chicago. Since then I have not been able to utilize apps that consume or utilize data while on phone calls. This is impacting my job since I host meetings from my phone where I utilize WebEx to share or view documents and call in to the meeting. Since the signal strength decrease this feature is no longer available. Was there a policy change in features available with existing customers? I definitely was not notified of any changes to features with my account.

I’m having the same issue in zip code 20685. For the past year I have always had great service and reception. The past two months I have experienced poor signal strength so much that it uses up to 33% of my battery life. I have and iPhone 6. What’s going on?

Same issue here over the past two months at zip 29356! I also talked to two neighbors who are experiencing the same problem. I called into support and there was no information given and only tried to get me to turn off wifi and other services. Something is going on ... what? I don't want to switch carriers, but need someone to identify the issue.
