I recently purchased the Galaxy Book Tablet from a authorized dealer. The first day of getting it home it started to seize up on me, and make loud buzzing notices I asked the Verizon associate at the store I purchased it at what he thought the issue was, or if he had any complaints before. The agent told me not to worry because I had 30 days to return if it wasn't working correctly, so I contacted Verizon and to make a long story short ended up finding out through calling Samsung Co direct that in fact it was a used device that they purchased and sold to me as new. Now they will not send me a new device but want o send me a remanufactured device. Anyone else having issues with the Galaxy Book Tab?
