I have a Galaxy s8+ and I thought voicemail to text was working ok, just got it in Nov 2017. all of a sudden I see 20 messages starting with Feb 05 that haven't been viewed. What could be causing this? appreciate anyones help.

Receiving your messages in time is important. I want to make sure that we are on the same page. Which app are you using to check messages? What steps are you taking?

thanks for the response, i'm using Visual Voice Mail 10.0.24 which i
believe is Verizon's or Samsungs? I don't routinely cycle power, only when
i start having issues, so probably about once a month or more. I have been
noticing more notifications saying it can't communicate with Visual Voice
mail features, but that's all it gives me, doesn't show any issues when i
select it.

Thank you for those details as we are determined to get to the root of your concern so that this feature works as intended for you. Just so we are on the same page, with these unviewed messages are you saying that you never received any notifications that a voicemail has been left? What zip code are you located in? When you receive the notification that says you can not communicate with the visual voicemail feature, are you connected to WiFi at that time? Is your data setting on your phone always on?
