Degraded performance since 2 weeks.

Why has my reception in poor reception areas become even worse in the last 2 weeks? I am lucky to get 1x in places where I used to get at least 3G coverage. If I get coverage at all. Today the coverage was the worst it’s ever been. I have iPhone X with iOS 11.2.6.

You can try resetting network settings via: Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This may wipe out saved Wi-Fi networks but you can easily set them back up.

This is the only thing I can think of. You may need to do a chat with VZW for them to check things in their system.
