Problems with Cellular Data in downtown Boulder, Colorado

I have a relatively strong signal in downtown Boulder, Colorado (4 bars). But if I try to do anything with data, I get nothing but network timeouts.

It's been like this for a few months, and it seems to be completely unworkable now.

Data works pretty much everywhere else, with weaker signals, to boot.

newjoiseyboy, Boulder is hands down one of my favorite places in Colorado. So pretty and so much to do. What make/model phone do you have? What is the zip code in Boulder? Does this happen indoors and outdoors?
