I cannot get my LG G4 to connect to any 2.4 gHz wifi networks since the last Android patch was installed. How do i fix this?
Attempt first a System Cache Wipe via the Recovery Menu (this is not an Application Cache Clear via Settings). You'll have to google System Cache Wipe G4 as VZW doesn't put this on their website.
If that doesn't work, backup your important stuff to a PC, and perform a Factory Device Reset.
Thank you. The cache wipe did not work. I did a factory reset and it is connecting with all my access points now.
